(Winter bookings - November to March - £400 per week (any changeover day) or price by negotiation for 3 weeks or longer)             

Above prices are per week for the villa only, based on a Thursday changeover and include maid service for five days (any changeover day accepted, subject to availability, between 1st October and 30th April);

*         The swimming pool can be heated for an additional charge of £75 per week;

*         Air conditioning available for an additional charge of £100 per week;

*         Cot/High-chair/’Z’ Bed available at an additional charge of £20 each per week;
